Weezer honor one of their biggest influences on a shuffling new rocker, "Beach Boys." The track will appear on the band's upcoming album, Pacific Daydream, out October 27th via Crush Music/Atlantic.
The track boasts a sparse groove comprised of light drums, a roiling bass and the occasional strike of a reverb soaked guitar. Frontman Rivers Cuomo unspools a string of sweet lyrics about getting a way for a while and crafts delicate four-part harmonies that buoy the Brian Wilson-esque melodies he delivers on lines like, "They'll be there when you wake up/ You're soothing midnight mantra."
Ariel Winter hasn’t spoken to her mother in five years, which she believes is “for the best,” she revealed in a new interview. The “Modern Family” actress told The Hollywood Reporter she was thrust into the spotlight by her allegedly controlling stage mom, Crystal Workman.
Winter accused her mother of sexualizing her as a child, dressing her up in “the smallest miniskirts, sailor suits, low-cut things, the shortest dresses you’ve ever seen. People thought I was 24 when I was 12,” she said. “If there was going to be a nude scene when I was that age, my mother would have a thousand percent said yes.”

Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated will chronicle the making of the album as well as her activism and philanthropy outside of her music career.

Lily Collins is about to become the inspiration behind The Lord of the Rings‘ elven princess, and it looks like she couldn’t be more excited about it. “As a lifelong fan of Tolkien’s magic, I can’t wait to start this epic adventure…” Lily wrote on Twitter after the news broke.
Lily will play Edith Bratt, Tolkien’s great love, and eventual wife who inspired the elven princess characters in the Lord of the Rings” saga.
The movie will center on the author as he finds friendship, love, and artistic inspiration among a group of classmates prior to the outbreak of World War I in 1914.
The Cast of Riverdale got started on their first table read of season two, shared by Alice Cooper (Madchen Amick). Fans are freaking out over it too --- especially about Bughead sitting next to each other.

The 20-year-old YouTuber originally shared a vlog on Saturday (August 19) where he was questioned by Logan about the assault allegations. In the video, Logan and Jake, as well as his assistant Meg, who was allegedly assaulted by FaZe, talk about the incident and FaZe‘s response video.
Later in the day, Jake removed the video and replaced it with footage explaining that he felt sharing another response video was not the correct way to handle the situation.
